June 5 Meeting of Spruce Pine Kiwanis
Last week Luther enlightened us about upcoming events that you and your family or friends may want to attend. First the Toe River Studio Tour; Sat & Sun, June 9 -
& 10 from 10 am to 5 pm. That's this week! Stop by TRAC on Upper Street for more information. Next there's a Storytelling Festival at Riverside Park
from 10 am to 5 pm on July 21. Lastly the Mineral City Heritage (formerly Hillbilly) Festival Spruce Pine Downtown on Oct 13.
OUR LAST MAJOR FUND RAISER FOR THIS KIWANIS YEAR IS THIS SATURDAY AT GRASSY CREEK GOLF CLUB. We need workers from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:00pm. Stop by, if we don't have another job for you, you can help Jack Jones guard the Door Prizes!
